The Supervisory Board includes the Chairman, Managing Director and other senior managers at Turquoise. It is supported by independent advisors with a wealth of experience in global financial markets. This body is responsible for setting the overall strategy and objectives of Turquoise. The Supervisory Board also oversees governance and ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to. It also provides expertise and advice on global markets. Furthermore, it provides access to various networks domestically and globally.

Rouzbeh Pirouz
Rouzbeh is the Executive Chairman of Turquoise and is a senior partner at Pelican Partners, a private equity and real estate investment firm in London. Previously, Rouzbeh was founder and CEO of Mondus, the leading b2b procurement business in Europe, leading to a share sale to Telecom Italia at a value of over $300 million. Rouzbeh was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University. He received his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Stanford University and Harvard University respectively. He was selected by the World Economic Forum (Davos, Switzerland) as a Young Global Leader in 2006.
Ramin Rabii
Ramin is the Managing Director of Turquoise. He was an Iran analyst for Exclusive Analysis in London, identifying and forecasting business risks associated with potential foreign investment. Prior to that, he worked for the Tehran-based Atieh Bahar Consulting, advising clients on their foreign investment strategy in Iran. He has a Masters degree in International Management for the Middle East and North Africa from SOAS, University of London, and a BSc in Engineering from Queen's University in Canada.
