Turquoise has a Supervisory Board responsible for governance, oversight and defining strategy. Everyday decision-making and the operational management of the company is conducted from our Iranian office. Our portfolio manager is supported by separate teams focusing on operations, research and publications, and risk management.

Turquoise currently employs 16 staff in Tehran. There are also two independent advisory committees, advising Turquoise on its strategy and investment decisions.
